Analysis: After keeping a long-awaited clean sheet on Saturday, Schulte fell back into old habits and conceded a pair of goals in Wednesday's road loss. Both goals were scored by Tai Baribo in the first half. Schulte has now conceded multiple goals in six of his last seven starts, conceding 15 goals over that stretch. He and his defense were able to lock it down in the second half though -- even after Lionel Messi subbed on -- and salvaged a much-needed draw. Analysis: Schulte and the Crew returned to MLS play Wednesday after a two-month break for the World Cup. Schulte was not in great form heading into the break, and that trend continued on the other side of it. He conceded twice in the loss, the eighth time in 16 starts he's conceded multiple goals. He'll hope to bounce back in Saturday's rivalry match versus Cincinnati, a side which has scored 40 goals through 16 matches this season.
