Two saves, one goal conceded
Stuver had two saves and allowed one goal in Saturday's 1-1 draw versus San Jose Earthquakes. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 87th minute.
Analysis: For the second time across Austin's last three games, Stuver logged exactly two saves and conceded only one goal. In each of the three appearances, he allowed one goal, and while consistent, there is better form sought by him going into Wednesday's game against Colorado.
Four saves, one goal conceded
Stuver recorded four saves and allowed one goal in Saturday's 2-1 victory against Portland Timbers.
Analysis: In three of Stuver's last six appearances, he has logged four saves, demonstrating his consistency in stopping shots for Austin. What has also been consistent is his rate of conceding goals, as he has not maintained a clean sheet since May 3. Stuver will look to remedy his lack of clean sheets with one Sept. 5 against San Jose.
