One save in clean sheet
Pantemis kept a clean sheet while making a save during Saturday's 0-0 draw with Colorado.
Analysis: Pantemis helped Portland to all three points as he was called into duty just once during the shutout. The clean sheet was the first since May for the keeper as he's allowed five goals while combining for six saves over his last three starts. Portland take on Charlotte at home next weekend.
Allows two in loss
Pantemis made three saves and conceded two goals during Wednesday's 2-0 loss against L.A. Galaxy.
Analysis: Pantemis couldn't do much to prevent either goal and made some nice stops along the way but not enough for him to leave as a positive net from a fantasy standpoint, something that has been happening during the entire campaign as he has only one clean sheet and almost two goals allowed per game over 29 starts.
Makes two saves in draw
Pantemis made two saves and allowed three goals in Saturday's 3-3 draw against Sporting Kansas City.
Analysis: Pantemis made no more than two saves for the 10th time in 28 starts. The goalkeeper saved a penalty kick in the first half, but Andre Luiz scored in the rebound. He will now look for better luck at the LA Galaxy on Wednesday.
Concedes three goals in loss
Pantemis made five saves and allowed three goals in Saturday's 3-1 loss to San Jose Earthquakes.
Analysis: Pantemis made five saves in the loss at San Jose, but he was beaten three times inside the opening half hour and Portland never recovered from the early damage. There was little he could do about much of it given how often the Earthquakes got clean looks in and around the box, though the result extends a difficult stretch for both keeper and team. He has just one clean sheet to his name this season, and with the defence in front of him struggling to keep chances down, the outlook for shutouts looks limited. He faces another test against Kansas City on Oct.10.
Leaving later for NT duty
Pantemis (not injury related) will play with the Timbers against San Jose on Saturday before linking up with the Canada national team for the rest of the international break, according to Timbers beat reporter Adam Susman.
Analysis: This decision means Pantemis, who's one of the three goalkeepers called up by Canada, won't miss a single match -- the Canucks' last game is against the USMNT on Oct. 6, and the Timbers will resume play after the break Oct. 10. Expect Pantemis to remain in the starting lineup this weekend against the Earthquakes as a result.
Linking up with Canucks
Pantemis has been called up by Canada for the upcoming international break between September and October.
Analysis: Pantemis has recorded just one clean sheet in 26 starts with the Timbers in the 2026 MLS season, allowing 48 goals and making 107 saves. The goalkeeper has earned just one senior cap with the Canucks, and his inclusion in the squad for the upcoming international window means he won't be an option for the Sept. 26 match against San Jose. He should resume his starting duties with the Portland on Oct. 10 on the road against Sporting KC.
Concedes one against Atlanta
Pantemis had two saves and allowed one goal in Saturday's 1-0 defeat to Atlanta United.
Analysis: Pantemis would only face three shots on net Saturday and would stop two, allowing a goal in the loss. This is the 14th straight game without a clean sheet for the keeper, remaining with one this season in 26 appearances. He will now face San Jose on Sept. 26, likely to be an even tougher match.
Clean-sheet struggles continue
Pantemis recorded three saves and allowed two goals in Saturday's 2-1 defeat to FC Dallas.
Analysis: Pantemis was beaten at least twice for the fourth game in succession as Portland's defensive problems followed them to Dallas. He has not kept a clean sheet in 13 games and has only one this season, the lowest figure of any goalkeeper who is a regular starter for his club, though he is not among those who have conceded most. The home meeting with Atlanta on Saturday is his next test.

Analysis: Pantemis could do very little to prevent either goal but at the same time didn't rack up enough saves to leave the game as a net positive from a fantasy standpoint. This has been a rollercoaster campaign for the goalkeeper, but right now he doesn't profile as a very appealing pick, with only seven saves against eight goals allowed over the last three starts.
Four saves for win
Pantemis registered four saves and allowed four goals in Saturday's 5-4 win against Minnesota United.
Analysis: Pantemis had everything to do during Saturday's win. He faced eight shots and stopped four of them. That was enough to earn the win but it wasn't exactly a brilliant showing. The goalkeeper did his job well enough throughout the match but if the defense in front of him don't find some semblance of form it's going to be a long end to the campaign.
Concedes two goals
Pantemis recorded one save and allowed two goals in Saturday's 2-1 loss versus Austin FC.
Analysis: After logging 11 saves and conceding only once at Los Angeles, Pantemis was far worse against Austin, allowing more goals while recording 11 times fewer saves. The goalkeeper will look to bounce back in September, preferably with his first clean sheet since May 10. In August, Pantemis logged 21 saves and a respectable 75.0 save percentage across five appearances.

Pantemis recorded 11 saves and allowed one goal in Saturday's 1-1 draw versus Los Angeles Football Club.
Analysis: Pantemis turned in one of his best performances of the season Saturday, making 11 saves while allowing just one goal against LAFC. It was his second match with double-digit saves this year and raised his average to 4.5 saves per contest. The keeper will face off with Austin for the next match on Saturday, who have scored eight goals in the last five contests.
Five saves in win
Pantemis had five saves and allowed one goal in Wednesday's 3-1 win over San Diego FC.
Analysis: Pantemis turned in a good performance, holding firm against San Diego's constant pressure by making five saves, four of them from inside the box. He still conceded, however, and remains without a clean sheet for an eighth straight league game, with only one shutout to his name all campaign. Despite that, he has been putting in strong performances throughout the season and has now reached a career high 84 saves.
Concedes twice
Pantemis made two saves and allowed two goals in Sunday's 2-1 loss to Chicago Fire.
Analysis: Pantemis was able to make two saves Sunday but still was on the losing side, allowing two goals against Chicago. This is the seventh straight game without a clean sheet for the goalie. That said, he remains with one clean sheet in 19 appearances this season, facing San Diego next on Wednesday.
Starting Sunday
Pantemis (undisclosed) is in the starting XI for Sunday's match against Chicago.
Analysis: Pantemis is back in action after missing some action due to a collision, with the goalie finding the starting lineup against Chicago. This will give the club their starting keeper back, a spot he should continue in. However, he has struggled this season, with only one clean sheet in 18 appearances.
Out against Puebla
Pantemis is out for Thursday's match against Puebla after his collision with Paul Rothrock on Saturday, according to coach Jack Cassidy, per Jeremy Peterman.
Analysis: Pantemis' absence isn't expected to be long term based on the club's initial assessment, with Trey Muse set to start in his place in the meantime. The goalkeeper's shot-stopping and command of his box have made him a steady presence between the posts, so his absence is a notable blow even on a short term basis. Pantemis is expected to be reassessed as his recovery progresses.

Analysis: Pantemis allowed just one goal and made two saves in the win over Seattle. Since the break, he's conceded three goals across three matches while recording seven saves in that span. Analysis: Pantemis has continued to struggle this season, conceding 31 goals across 16 matches while recording just one clean sheet after facing 109 shots. The defense in front of him has offered little protection, compounding what has been a difficult campaign between the posts. His next fixture comes against Salt Lake, who sit fourth in the Western Conference standings, making it a challenging opportunity to turn things around.

Analysis: Pantemis and Portland made a resounding return to the MLS after nearly two months off for the World Cup. He conceded one late goal to Hassani Dotson, but other than that had a fairly comfortable return to the pitch. He will hope this victory sparks a better run of form for his near bottom of the table side, starting Wednesday versus FC Dallas.
