Productive in Saturday's draw

McAtee registered three shots (one on goal), three crosses (one accurate) and two corners in Saturday's 0-0 draw versus Tottenham Hotspur. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 78th minute.

Analysis: McAtee was very productive in Saturday's home match, but was unable to help his team find the winner. He created a season-high five chances and also managed to put one shot on target on the attack. He helped keep a clean sheet too, contributing two tackles and one interception. Although he's yet to record a goal contribution this season, he has created nine chances through three games so he seems bound to record an assist soon.

Two crosses in draw

McAtee recorded two crosses (zero accurate) and two corners in Saturday's 2-2 draw against Liverpool.

Analysis: McAtee sent in a pair of crosses and took two corners during Saturday's draw. This was always going to be a difficult match, and McAtee probably got more room and time on the ball than he expected. He wasn't efficient with his chances but he made space for himself and impressive overall. McAtee has created four chances in the first two matches of the Premier League campaign.

Big role in cup

McAtee started and played 80 minutes during Wednesday's Carabao Cup clash with Swansea.

Analysis: McAtee got the start in the Carbao Cup and played 80 minutes. The attacking midfielder has appeared off the bench in each of the last three Premier League matches. He will likely grow into a larger role, but at the moment it appears he's still integrating into the squad, especially under new boss Ange Postecoglou.
