Provides set-piece threat in defeat
McAtee generated two shots (zero on goal), four crosses (one accurate) and three corners in Sunday's 1-0 loss against Arsenal.
Analysis: McAtee recorded two off-target shots, four crosses, one accurate, and three corners across 85 minutes in Sunday's 1-0 defeat to Arsenal. He operated in an advanced attacking role with Morgan Gibbs-White (undisclosed) unavailable and threatened shortly after halftime with a free kick that sailed over the crossbar, although Forest struggled to convert their attacking opportunities. McAtee remained involved in the hosts' offensive buildup before being withdrawn during the closing stages, finishing without a direct goal contribution despite his set-piece involvement.
Strong showing offensively
McAtee had four shots (one on goal), seven crosses (three accurate) and three corners in Saturday's 1-0 loss against Coventry City.
Analysis: McAtee was unable to link up with a teammate but it wasn't for a lack of effort as he had plenty of service and decent efficiency. He struggled to put his shots on target but if he keeps this volume up, he should at least have a goal or assist against a Crystal Palace side which has allowed 11 goals across five EPL matches so far.
