Magno won't play Saturday against Toronto FC after the muscular injury he sustained against New England last Sunday, according to manager Pascal Jansen.

Analysis: Magno, who missed the five matches prior to the World Cup break due to a leg injury, made his return to the pitch in Wednesday's match at Columbus. He subbed onto the pitch in the 55th minute for Malachi Jones and just 15 minutes later assisted Agustin Ojeda's strike which took the 2-0 lead. It marked his first assist of the season and it came on the lone chance he created in the match. Now that he's back fully healthy, he should return to his role as a top option off the bench.
Fully fit to play
Magno (leg) is fully back fit and healthy and an option for Wednesday's clash against Columbus Crew, according to the NY Soccer Journal.
Analysis: Magno had been dealing with a leg issue that ruled him out for several weeks before the World Cup break, a stretch during which he had contributed two goals off the bench in league play despite not starting. His return to full fitness gives New York City FC back a productive attacking option, and his availability for Wednesday's match should provide the club with more depth on the wings after relying heavily on Hannes Wolf and Agustin Ojeda in his absence.
Ruled out for extended period
