Bernasconi (knee) hasn't been selected for Friday's tilt versus Fiorentina.
Analysis: Bernasconi will skip his fifth contest in a row due to a knee injury. He shouldn't have an issue recovering during the summer, as he didn't require surgery. Nicola Zalewski and Raoul Bellanova will soak up his minutes again. Bernasconi concludes his breakout campaign with three assists, 38 key passes and 143 crosses (44 accurate) in 33 appearances (27 starts), being a regular for the first time in his career.

Bernasconi has been diagnosed with a medium-grade MCL sprain in his right knee, Mediaset reported.
Analysis: Bernasconi will sit out at least a pair of contests and will be re-evaluated in the next few weeks, but he hasn't been ruled out for the rest of the season at this stage, even though the injury is significant. Davide Zappacosta and Nicola Zalewski will be the top options on the left wing going forward, opening up minutes for Raoul Bellanova, Giacomo Raspadori and Kamaldeen Sulemana since they usually play in different roles.

Bernasconi left Thursday's cup meeting against Lazio in the second half due to a possible knee injury, La Gazzetta dello Sport relayed.
Analysis: Bernasconi tweaked his knee on a tackle and bowed out after trying to play through the problem for a few minutes. He might need some tests before Monday's away game versus Cagliari. Raoul Bellanova or Nicola Zalewski would substitute for him if needed.
