Impressing in training
Emegha (hamstring) has been scoring goals in training over the past four days and appears to be fit, the club posted.

Officially joins Chelsea
Emegha is officially a Chelsea player, joining from Strasbourg after an agreement was reached between the two sister clubs last September, with the Dutch striker now set to work under new coach Xabi Alonso.
Analysis: Emegha ended the season having scored four goals and provided two assists across his final 10 Ligue 1 appearances for Strasbourg, capping a two-season stint in which he scored 18 goals and provided five assists across 37 Ligue 1 appearances to establish himself as one of the most exciting young forwards in Europe. The 23-year-old captained Strasbourg this season and earned his first senior Netherlands call-up in November 2025, heading to Stamford Bridge as one of the most anticipated arrivals of the summer transfer window.
