Sima (thigh) will remain sidelined until the end of November after returning from international duty with a thigh injury, according to coach Yannick Cahuzac, per Lensois. "The bad news is Sima's injury. He came back from international duty injured. He'll be out until the end of November."
Analysis: Sima's extended absence is a significant blow after he established himself as a regular starter in Lens' attack, starting each of the club's first five Ligue 1 matches while recording one goal and one assist. The striker had already missed Senegal's friendly against Comoros because of the issue, and Cahuzac has now confirmed a lengthy recovery period.
