Baker has joined the New England Revolution on loan from the Seattle Sounders through December 31, with a conditional purchase option, according to the club.

Analysis: Baker made 31 MLS regular season appearances for Seattle since debuting in 2023, including 14 starts and one assist, with three appearances so far in the 2026 campaign. He developed through the Sounders academy and made 68 appearances for developmental side Tacoma Defiance, and also spent last season on loan at Sacramento Republic in the USL Championship. The move to New England gives the 22 year old defender a fresh opportunity for regular playing time as the club looks to bolster its backline down the stretch of the season.
