Transfers to Sevilla

Diaz has completed a transfer to Sevilla from Atletico Madrid, according to his new club.

Analysis: Diaz is on the move this offseason but will stay in La Liga play, with the defender signing with Sevilla until 2031. This comes after a limited role in the past season with Atletico, only earning 311 minutes of play in his four appearances (four starts), recording an assist and two clean sheets in his short time on the field. With his new club, he should see plenty more chances at more time, a solid rotational left-back that will give them needed depth.
