Roony Bardghji

Analysis: Bardghji suffered the injury earlier this month, and he's now expected to miss the majority -- if not all -- of the 2026/27 season. Bardghji was expected to be a backup in Barcelona's attacking line, however, so his absence won't be a big issue from a fantasy perspective.

Suffers second torn ACL

Bardghji suffered another torn ACL in his right knee and will be out for six to seven months, according to Barca Universal.

Analysis: Bardghji's injury affects the same right knee he had already torn during his time at Copenhagen in 2024, a setback that kept him out for many months at the time. The injury occurred during Monday morning training at the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper, forcing him to leave the session early and visibly affected. The diagnosis completely upends Barcelona's plans for the winger, who had not traveled with the squad to Udine over the weekend while negotiating a possible exit for playing time elsewhere. Any potential loan is now on hold, with the club also not expected to register him for competitive play as he begins a long recovery process.
