Fails to get assist
Ramirez had two shots (zero on goal), seven crosses (five accurate) and four chances created in Saturday's 3-1 defeat versus CF Montreal.
Analysis: Ramirez was highly efficient as five of his seven crosses were deemed to be accurate, and he created four chances in Cincinnati's loss. However, he did not get an assist. If Ramirez replicates this effort against Atlanta United, a team with a minus-13 goal differential on the season, he should see an assist or two in that matchup.
Scores one
Ramirez scored one goal to go with two shots (one on goal), nine crosses (three accurate) and one chance created in Saturday's 2-2 draw versus Houston Dynamo.
Analysis: Ramirez scored once and sent in nine crosses during Saturday's draw. He was active going forward throughout the match and caused issues for the backline every time he got on the ball. The defender should continue to get forward well and be a big contributor in the attack.
Assists on Saturday
Ramirez assisted once to go with two shots (one on goal), five crosses (two accurate) and two corners in Saturday's 3-3 draw against Charlotte FC.
Analysis: Ramirez replaced Tom Barlow in the 56th minute and assisted Kevin Denkey's last gasp equalizer in the 91st minute. Ramirez created three chances and also made an interception. This was his third assist of the campaign.
Scores in home win
Ramirez scored one goal to go with three shots (three on goal), five crosses (zero accurate) and two chances created in Saturday's 4-2 win versus San Jose Earthquakes.
Analysis: Ramirez scored the 1-1 equalizer in the first half with his first goal in the campaign. He logged a season-high three shots and also the second-most crosses for Cincinnati. That was only his second start in the last five appearances.
Five crosses in loss
Ramirez registered five crosses (three accurate) and one tackle in Saturday's 2-1 defeat against Columbus Crew.
Analysis: Ramirez came off the bench in his second straight match, replacing Ender Echenique in the 64th minute. He was able to make an impact despite his more limited role as he recorded five crosses for the fifth time this season and tied a season high with three accurate crosses. He was unable to help his side find an equalizer, but it was still a solid bench appearance for him.
Adds assist despite loss
Ramirez assisted once to go with one shot (zero on goal), one cross (zero accurate) and three chances created in Wednesday's 5-3 defeat versus Inter Miami CF.
Analysis: Ramirez created three chances and added one assist during Wednesday's loss, but it wasn't enough to really make a difference in the match as Miami scored five. It's a nice offensive performance on the whole for Ramirez, but it wasn't good enough against and attack as elite as Miami's. Ramirez should have the chance to get involved in the attack more often in the coming weeks, especially against some teams further down the table.
Set for return
Ramirez is no longer suspended and is an option for play again.
Analysis: Ramirez already had to serve a ban due to yellow card accumulation, but is back as an option for play, needing to be a bit more cautious moving forward. The midfielder has been their starter on the left flank all season, not missing a start until the suspension. Therefore, he will likely find himself back in that role moving forward, bagging an assist this season but still without a goal.
