Provides assist against Toronto
Teodoro assisted once to go with two shots (zero on goal) and one chance created in Wednesday's 3-3 draw versus Toronto FC.
Analysis: Teodoro was called into the starting lineup with Robin Jansson sidelined by a knock, and he set up Antoine Griezmann's goal in the 76th minute. The Brazilian pushed forward on a set piece to contest the ball in the air, creating an unexpected attacking contribution for a player usually used in rotation. The assist was his first goal contribution of the 2026 MLS season. His more reliable fantasy value comes from clearances, a category in which he has logged at least four in 12 of his 18 appearances. It remains to be seen whether he'll keep starting while Jansson recovers.
Ban served
Teodoro has served his one match suspension and will make the trip to Philadelphia on Saturday.
Analysis: Teodoro has slipped out of favor at center back, appearing only three times since the World Cup break. Earlier in the season he was a regular, starting 11 of 14 matches, but he now struggles to find steady minutes for Orlando as the campaign enters its final stretch.
Suspended for New England clash
Teodoro is serving a league ban that makes him ineligible for Saturday's meeting with New England Revolution.
Analysis: Teodoro hasn't been heavily involved lately, though he started in the last league match against Toronto. However, he's now serving suspension and won't play again at least until the Sept. 26 visit to Philadelphia. Meanwhile, Robin Jansson will be expected to return to a primary spot alongside David Brekalo.
