Cleared to return
Stewart-Baynes (lower leg) returned to the matchday squad but was an unused substitute in Saturday's 3-2 loss to the Los Angeles Galaxy.
Analysis: Stewart-Baynes was available again following his lower-leg injury but remained on the bench throughout Saturday's defeat. The winger has held a limited role in Colorado's attack this season, making just one appearance for nine minutes off the bench. He should continue to provide attacking depth now that he is healthy, though significant playing time could remain difficult to come by.
Dealing with lower leg injury
Stewart-Baynes is out for Saturday's game against Austin FC due to a lower-leg injury, according to the MLS Injury Report.
Analysis: Stewart-Baynes has been a depth piece upfront for Colorado and hasn't logged heavy minutes, being limited to just one appearance and nine minutes off the bench in 2026. The winger will remain a depth piece once healthy, so his fantasy appeal should continue to be minimal as the season progresses.
