Makes one save in debut

Analysis: Gillingham subbed on in the 75th minute to make one save and concede once during Houston's road draw. The third-string goalkeeper made his season debut after Jonathan Bond left with an injury. He made four appearances (three starts) in 2025, with 12 saves, four goals allowed and one clean sheet.
Back from El Paso loan
Gillingham has returned to Houston after his loan at El Paso Locomotive FC was cut short Wednesday.
Analysis: Gillingham is a 23-year-old goalkeeper who joined Houston ahead of the 2025 season and made his MLS debut on March 22, 2025. He recorded one appearance with the USL Championship club, starting between the sticks versus New Mexico United in the USL Cup. He's expected to be a depth option between the posts.
