Gabbia twisted his ankle in training and will miss at least Sunday's clash versus Juventus, Sky Italy reported.
Analysis: Gabbia suffered the same kind of injury before the opener and shook it off quickly, but he made just two short appearances off the bench. Koni De Winter will continue to start alongside Mario Gila and Strahinja Pavlovic. Fikayo Tomori will also be an option after being frozen out for the first two games.
