Analysis: Kahlina made 10 saves in Charlotte's away win over D.C. United to match the season high he set in the opener, and five of those stops came from shots inside the box. An error from the goalkeeper led to the D.C. goal, but the hosts kept him busy for long spells and he stood up to the pressure well as Charlotte extended their unbeaten run. He now has 20 saves across his last three games, in which he has conceded five without keeping a clean sheet, and he faces Chicago Fire on Saturday.

Analysis: Kahlina did well to stop all three shots he faced on target Saturday, with the goalie earning a clean sheet in the process. This is his first clean sheet in four appearances, up to four in 22 appearances this season. He will prepare to face Houston on Sept. 5 in their next contest, likely to be a tough contest for Charlotte.
