Withdrawn with cramp
Szoboszlai was withdrawn as a precaution after suffering cramp in the second half of Hungary's 1-0 win over Georgia on Friday, according to Hungary coach Marco Rossi, per Paul Gorst of the Liverpool Echo. "He cramped and was very tired by the end. He did huge sprints, I don't even know how fast he was capable of, but he was very fast."
Analysis: Szoboszlai captained Hungary and was deployed as a number six for one of the first times, and if he is passed fit he will captain the side again against Ukraine on Oct. 5. He remains a key piece of Liverpool's starting XI at club level, which has kept three consecutive Premier League clean sheets, and the cramp is not expected to be a lasting concern.
Busy again
Szoboszlai recorded two shots (zero on goal), three crosses (zero accurate) and two corners in Sunday's 1-0 victory over AFC Bournemouth. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 46th minute.
Analysis: Szoboszlai was busy in every aspect of Sunday's match, he was creative at times and kept the ball moving from deep-lying midfield. Szoboszlai is a consistently good offensive threat, but he has more limited upside in a deeper-lying role. He remains a key piece of the starting XI for a Liverpool side that has kept three consecutive Premier League clean sheets.
