Out of Champions League opener
rovod (ankle) will not be available for Thursday's Champions League opener against Lens, according to Sport CZ.
Analysis: Provod is out for the Champions League opener after being withdrawn in the opening half against Zbrojovka Brno, an absence that removes one of Slavia's most influential midfielders for the club's first league-phase match. Emmanuel Ayaosi is the obvious replacement, having deputised effectively in the same role at the weekend.
Remains doubtful
Provod (ankle) is doubtful for Thursday's match against Lens, according to Ceske Noviny.
Analysis: Provod had to leave the field early in Slavia's last league match, and that has left him unlikely for the UCL opener. That said, even if he is an option, his fitness will likely limit him to only a bench role. He was a starter all of last season's UCL campaign, so this would be a major loss, leaving Emmanuel Ayaosi as a possible replacement.
