Nets winning goal Wednesday

Hefti scored one goal to go with one shot (one on goal) and one cross (zero accurate) in Wednesday's 2-1 win over New York Red Bulls.

Analysis: Hefti found the back of the net in stoppage time of the first half, deflecting a header from Tai Baribo into the net against a passive defensive line. This was the second goal of the season for Hefti, who has been a regular starter at right-back all year long.

Returning Saturday

Hefti has served his one match suspension and will be an option for the trip to Cincinnati on Saturday.

Analysis: Hefti is back and set to return at right back on Saturday after missing the LAFC match through suspension. In his first MLS season since transferring from Hamburger, he's made a smooth transition, starting all 20 appearances and contributing one goal, two assists, 51 clearances, 59 tackles, and four clean sheets.
