Analysis: August saw a downgrade in Antony's role, as he went from regularly starting to capping off the month with only one start across five appearances. He finally got back on the scoresheet Saturday, giving him three goals across his 2026 season. Perhaps the forward can work his way back into Portland's starting XI sooner or later, but the presence of fellow attackers Kevin Kelsy and Ariel Lassiter may prevent him from regaining a bigger role.

He has just three goal contributions through 14 appearances this season, a fairly significant dip in production compared to last season. He'll look to find his groove Wednesday versus FC Dallas.
