Analysis: With Lucas Halter suspended for the game, Carlos was the option to fill in, making his first start since a July knee procedure that had ruled him out for weeks and left him on the bench for the previous three games. The center back delivered a strong performance, contributing across every defensive category with one tackle, one interception, one block and seven clearances to help his side to a clean sheet. However, with Halter having completed his suspension and due back for the next game, Carlos is likely to return to a bench role.

Analysis: Carlos could finally see official action, having made steady progress in his recovery from an injury that kept him out since late May. Thus, he'll eventually threaten Lucas Halter and Agustin Resch for center-back spots.
