Attempts six crosses
Sanabria registered two shots (zero on goal), six crosses (zero accurate) and five corners in Saturday's 3-0 victory versus St. Louis City SC. In addition, he was given a yellow card in the 64th minute.
Analysis: Real Salt Lake's team has been the beneficiary of having a highly offensive wing-back on the left side of the squad's formation. Across his last three appearances, he not only logged more than five crosses each game but also averaged 2.3 accurate attempts over the span.
Available following Uruguay call-up
Sanabria has returned from international commitments with Uruguay and is available for Saturday's MLS encounter against Philadelphia Union, having been omitted from Real Salt Lake's latest injury report.
Analysis: Sanabria returns to contention after missing Real Salt Lake's matches against Seattle Sounders and New England Revolution while representing Uruguay. The midfielder has established himself as a regular starter this season, contributing one goal and four assists across 22 MLS appearances. His availability should provide an important boost to RSL's midfield, with Sanabria expected to challenge for an immediate return to the starting lineup. Alexandros Katranis, who had been considered an alternative during his absence, is also back in contention following an injury setback.
