Gomis (thigh) recorded 12 minutes of play as a substitute in Saturday's 2-1 win over Inter Miami.
Analysis: Gomis failed to touch the ball during his first appearance since recovering from a muscular issue that left him out for three months, but his presence opened up the possibility for Totonto to try a back-three system. He's not yet in ideal form to start after taking part in only three MLS games throughout the year, so he'll likely see limited minutes on the field while Walker Zimmerman, Benjamin Kuscevic and Zane Monlouis stay ahead in the race for center-back spots.
