Assists at Kansas City

Fory assisted once to go with one cross (one accurate) and one chance created in Saturday's 3-3 draw versus Sporting Kansas City.

Analysis: Fory created Ariel Lassiter's goal in the 64th minute with his third assist in the season to give Portland the 3-1 lead, but they ended up with the road draw. The left-back had quiet outing stat-wise other than that. He started in all his 26 appearances for the club so far.

Starting Saturday

Fory (undisclosed) is in the starting XI to face Atlanta United on Saturday.

Analysis: Fory has been selected over Ian Smith on the left flank of the Timbers' back four, which should remain the case for the rest of the year as long as the Colombian remains healthy. He'll provide some creative potential, but his greatest strength should come from tackling and interceptions.
