Withdrawn at halftime
Lewis-Skelly recorded no stats in Saturday's 2-0 victory over Sunderland.
Analysis: Lewis-Skelly was handed a start in midfield but lasted only the opening 45 minutes before Bruno Guimaraes replaced him at the interval. Arsenal subsequently found the breakthrough during the second half, with Guimaraes getting on the scoresheet after entering. Lewis-Skelly remains part of the midfield rotation, though the competition for starts is significant with Guimaraes, Declan Rice, Martin Zubimendi and Mikel Merino among the available options.
Makes third straight start
Lewis-Skelly recorded one shot (zero on goal) and one chance created in Sunday's 2-1 victory against Chelsea.
Analysis: Lewis-Skelly continued his early run in the lineup with a third consecutive Premier League start, operating alongside Declan Rice in midfield before being replaced in the second half. His early-season involvement shows the trust manager Mikel Arteta has placed in him following a strong preseason, though competition should increase once Bruno Guimaraes is available to return to the starting lineup.
