Back in defensive contention
Feingold has returned to New England Revolution following international duty with Israel and is available for Saturday's MLS clash against Seattle Sounders after being omitted from the league's latest injury report.
Analysis: Feingold missed the matchup against Real Salt Lake while representing Israel during the international break but is now back in contention for defensive minutes. The defender was a regular starter earlier in the campaign before suffering an ankle injury, but he has yet to start any of New England's last five MLS matches since returning to action. Despite being available against Seattle, Feingold is likely to remain a rotational option, with a role off the bench more likely than an immediate return to the starting XI.
Called up with Isreal
Feingold has been called up by Isreal for the September-October international break and will therefore miss Saturday's clash against Real Salt Lake.
Analysis: Feingold has been a regular starter in the back line for New England earlier in the season but has started none of the last five MLS games since his return from an ankle injury, suggesting that his absence due to the call up will not impact much the starting XI. He should return in time to face Seattle on October 10.
