Main creator for Philadelphia
Westfield had an assist while taking two shots (one on goal), crossing six times (one accurate) and creating two chances during Saturday's 2-1 win over RSL.
Analysis: Westfield set up Bruno Damiani in the 31st minute assisting the opening goal of the match while leading his side in crosses and chances created. The fullback has an assist in each of his last three starts to go along with three shots, six chances created and 18 crosses over that stretch of games.
Set to reclaim right-back role
Westfield has completed his first senior international stint with the United States and is available for Philadelphia Union's MLS clash against Real Salt Lake on Saturday after being omitted from the league's latest injury report.
Analysis: Westfield missed the matchup against Orlando City SC while representing the USMNT during the international break but is now back in contention to resume his regular starting duties. The defender has recorded seven assists this season, the second-highest total on Philadelphia's roster, establishing himself as an important contributor from right-back. He previously represented the United States at the U20 level, registering one goal and one assist at the 2025 U20 World Cup before earning his first senior call-up. Japhet Sery was expected to provide cover during his absence, but Westfield should be in a strong position to reclaim his starting spot against Real Salt Lake.
