Set to miss three weeks
Ragen is out for the next three weeks due to his knee injury, according to manager Brian Schmetzer, per Niko Moreno of Pulso Sports.
Analysis: Ragen suffered an injury around 10 days ago, and the full extent of the issue is now known, as the defender is looking at around three weeks out. This will leave the defender with a return around the middle of September, that is, if no setbacks take place. Stuart Hawkins and Kim Kee-Hee should remain starting center-backs while Ragen is out.
Sidelined through knee issue
Ragen will miss time after being diagnosed with a knee injury, per the MLS Player Status Report.
Analysis: Ragen's forced substitution in the previous game versus Austin led to a considerable injury, although its exact severity is unclear. As one of Seattle's starting center-backs, his absence adds to the troubles of a side that is already without Yeimar Gomez (calf), limiting the viable options to Kim Kee-Hee, Stuart Hawkins and Antino Lopez.
